First thing to do - self-exclude from all the online sites you use NOW! Then install blocking software (K9 is good and it's free).
These two actions will really help you from accessing gambling sites and will give you some space to start your journey to sanity.
If you have read some of the other stories here you will see that we have all shared that same mistaken belief that we can make money quickly and easily by gambling. The trouble is that we can't stop - there's a saying here "I cannot win because I cannot stop" and it's so true.
