I totally understand what it feels like to hit rock bottom, but if you are prepared to hang around on this forum reading and writing posts, you will find it really does help. We all have slightly different tales to tell, but all united in beating our gambling addictions. if you can face it start a diary page in the "recovery diaries'" section, you'll find people will respond and it will help you keep track of how you are progressing. I've only been here a week, I relapsed on Tuesday with a nightmare all night roulette session, but since then I've been clean with the help of the folks on here and the gamcare phone line.
