Names Cat, I'm 31 and been gambling since 2016.
Started off fine, £10 here and there, recently I had a massive relapse due to a relationship that really wasn't working for me, i have since left.
I ended up spending £5000 before the end of the relationship and after attempting to stay friends I lost a further £2500 which now includes a loan of £1000 from my Father.
Anyway, now I've lost any money I had saved I wanted to change which is why I'm here.
Not sure how this website is going to go but dropping a hello is a good start!

im pretty much in the same boat been gambling for few years did try to stop but didn’t happen now it’s come down to my partner and 2 kids them or gambling..
I’ve had some advice to start off by using gamstop if haven’t already, also I’m on iPhone and downloaded bet blocker app which is free can cancel out all betting sites for 5 years
in the past I found some apps you can just turn them off and go back to searching and betting but this one is completely blocks it for 5 years no matter what I’ve downloaded this yesterday hope this helps as a start mate.. good luck with your journey
