Hi All,

Same old story, took a break from gambling started again in January up 11k by March all gone by June , now 5.5k down 2 of that debt.I am single and when not working spend all my spare time watching sport /drinking , its hard for me not combine mt love of sport with gambling. Anyway self-excluded on line and going to watch dvd box sets for start. Its going to take 4 months to pat the debt off and then im going to start saving for a car so i have a goal to use my wage constructively.

I really wish you all the best!

I sometimes try and think about how many hours work a stint in the bookies on the slots cost me in both money terms and also time! Time we could spend with our families buying treats with money we've saved... think of your goal, the car you wanted etc and again best wishes x
