I have lost over 17k in the past year. (please read my privious posts) i am now sharing methods on how to recover and not relapse back in to this foolish money grabbing system called 'gambling'.
Majortiy of people gamble due to the fact of being bored having nothing to do. Others gamble to get away from problems, get 'rich', depression and so on.
However i have learned that keep your self busy, wether its just a walk or finding a hobby to do get your mind off gambling. As if you think about it when your busy at work or with friends you dont thinking about gambling at all or even want to do it.
Secondly its best to keep your bank card with a trusted person that is able to give you a set about of cash for you weekly spending. Best remendy of all is to tell someone that can understand and reason with the problem.
Blocking software is a must and if anyone is interested in a software called betfilter (google it) i can provided this at a fraction of the price due working with there partners. This software is great blocks over 60000 sites related to gambling.

Hi, i lost so much money due to not being in control. I won big one time and lost that on top my own 17K, its a mistake which i have learned from and have taken actions to overcome it. Money can be replaced thats the motive ive always had. I can rebuild savings. I learned its better than chasing a loss as it leads to bigger losses.
I know what you mean. I basicalyl transfered 2k from my savings today to make up for my loss and I have to be honest i just looked at some gambling sites to see if there was any in play on that i could make my money back up on. Im litterally writing this after I have come from looking and now gonna take a shower to take my mind off it!
Mjh87, just remeber this even if you played and won, you will ALWAYS go back for more, as you feel that you can win. The reality is that the house always wins. I remeber when i won 4k one time, i lost that and 3.5k of my own money. So next time your tempeted in thinking that you can win and regain you losses just remeber that you will always LOSE. Also the odds on ALL the games are set by the operator (site). So bare in mind this that they set the odds for you! Meaning that if they want you to win or not. They are in control!

Hi the money you have lost has been lost unless you have an issue which has made you vunrable to gamble it, which i can help you recover. Gambling is like a drug, when you win your on a high and when you lose you feel like s**t. I bet your wishing you never gambled it away, the same can be said if you won and put it back all back in.
