Good afternoon everyone,
Checking in early to report a gamble free week. All going ok at the moment but I remain on my guard to fight off any distractions. Welcome to the new comers and all who keep abstaining from this addiction on a daily basis.
Mike
Check in for this new week. 193 days from myself GF.
Hi Phil,
please can I reset my count to zero, so sorry Ive let myself down and let the team down. Time-Money-Location triangle was complete when I saw a namesake horse running and lumped on 🙁 . To stop failing again I've downloaded K9 and self excluded from site I hadn't already and determined now to go the last 6 months of the year clean !!
Day 382 - checking in. Getting on really well and no urges for ages now. Stay strong everyone and together we will be the winners. Suzy
checking in on 686 GF days, appreciate all your efforts Phil... I planned to write something this week buddy so will get it to you before friday. DEL 🙂
Hi I have stopped gambling for 60 days now life is feeling better alot less stressful. I use to Play online slots, spent tons of money every month, always struggling and telling lies working really hard each month to be left with nothing for my family to live on. I knew I couldn't do it alone anymore as have tried and failed so many times before. I handed over my finances and made my last rent arrears payment today.
I will be paying the price for this for a long time, but I could never continue gambling it was leading me to dark places in your mind.
I would like to join the challenge and see out the rest of the year gambling free with you all.
All the best
No more losing
X
Great words Phil, Thanks for all the work you put in

Morning troops the update is on its way, I was far too tired after work last night to get it done. Ringerbell, congratulations on your progress and the challenge is always open for you if you wish to rejoin. I hope things continue to go so well for you.

Hi admin, I just accidentally clicked on a 'flag as abusive' button but cannot find a way to undo it. Please note this was an accident.
Hi Phil, checking in nice and early this week. Had a couple of reminiscences about tennis betting yesterday, but genuinely think Wimbledon is much better without anything but the enjoyment of the sport to watch! Month 7 starts tomorrow!
Checking in a very tired man. The last 5 days I've done 60 hours work. Helps to pay things off but looking forward to a few days off come ten o'clock tonight. Still gamble free looking forward to the 6 month mark tomorrow. 2015 could be my best year in a long long time.
Ok then, here goes. Day one. I am about $3500down since my relapse. I loved internet sport betting, but got a hold on that onto a high st firm put sportmachinesin all there shops. But I done it before,Ican do it again. Thanks for the help guys.
I'm really sorry but I'm not sure if I will be able to continue with this, I was in the chatroom tonight and I brought up corruption in the gambling industry and I recieved a private message from a Gamcare moderator telling me that I can't talk about that here and threatening to ban me off the site. I told the chatroom about private message and I was kicked out of the chatroom. I don't know if I'm going to be banned now so if I go I aplogise its out of my hands. I have had a hard day today and really badly wanted a bet, but I have fought the urges and I was using the chatroom to let off steam, it seems rather than helping gambling addicts Gamcare would put the gambling organisations first. So if anyone wants to run this then contact me on [email protected] its such a shame that this has happened.
