Hi folks. I am only 2 days gamble free, have gambled regular for over 10 years, but in last 2-3 years it has got out of hand. My main choice for gambling is the fobt machine, i dont really play anything else, it is the roulette game i play. I have tried everything in the past, self exclusion, handing cards to partner etc, but i somehow think i will cope myself and will be able to abstain from gambling then wallop, i lose. Lost 250 quid on wednesday and i just felt numb again. I hate fobt machines with a passion. I tend to find work stress makes me gamble, i dont enjoy my job at all and on days off i try and win big amounts so i can phone in sick. Dont know if others have that issue. My life is perfect aside from my c**P job and c**P job prospects and my fobt addiction. Its only been 2 days but we all have to start somewhere. Thanks for listening.
