Clivespate I will add you to the days count on Sunday. Well done reaching one month gamble free this week.
Well done Clare for taking the helm of the gamble free ship and hopefully steering us to sucsess by the end of 2015. I know Phil and the others who have departed would have been very pleased that someone has taken on the weekly count.
Thanks again for giving up your own time and effort.
Mike
Checking in early this week on 170 days.
Mainly to thank Clare for her efforts. This Challenge has really helped me over the last few months.
Best wishes.
Hi all
Checking in for the start of the second half of the year.
Big thanks to Clare for updating the running totals, seeing the totals going up gives us the encouragement and determination we all need to beat this addiction.

Hi my name is rich and I'm a compulsive gambler. I'm 25 and have gambled most days of my life since the age of 16. My vice is mainly horseracing with a bit of everything else thrown in.
i managed to abstain from gambling for 14 months but I became complacent and stupidly told myself I was cured...before I knew it I had fallen off the wagon again and straight back to my old ways racking up more and more debt.
im now 4 days gamble free and I'm determined to stop for good this time. Gambling has caused my life so much damage and fed up of it turning me into a lying social recluse.
I want to join the 2015 challenge and turn my life around.
checking in this week. goodluck to everyone else.
Checking in on Day 79, today has been hard, but still fighting, keep strong soldiers x
Hi all, checking in 68 days gambling free and I'm feeling great!!!
Evening all and a special welcome to our new soldier Toonarmy 5942. You have made the biggest commitment and admitted your addition and I hope you are able to rack up the gamble free days and reap the rewards of a better life without gambling.
As you stated you have gone 14 months previously without a bet but let your barriers down and returned to your old ways and I am sure you can go one better this time.
Take it a day at a time and things will hopefully get better for you.
Mike

Hi just decided today to join the Challenge and then saw the mahem,,such a shame but hope it continues in a similar form. My name is Mary, I am 59yrs old (old enough to know better!) and have not gambled for 71 days. Have gambled on and off for the past 40 years and this is the longest I have gone so do see light at the end of the tunnel. Good feeling to just return to a normal stress free way of life, and enjoy my family a lot more. Online slots and occasionally High Street Arcades in the past.
Welcome to the challenge Mary
