Need to reset to day 1. I opened an online account with a £10 free bonus. I didn't deposit any money of my own, but I didn't withdraw what I had "won". Whether I deposited or not, the feeling, action and behaviour was the same. Feel a bit gutted to be back at day 1 but am fully committed to seeing out the rest of the year gf.

I last gambled on April 13 2016.
Ive gambled as long as I can remember with the exception being a 8 month break following my lowest point. This was 4 years ago when I won £36,000 in a online poker tournament as part of a BAP. I tried over and over to try and take the money out of Pokerstars until still being unsuccessful after a week I went nuts and lost the lot at cash game poker.
Sick of never having owt I come to this forum determined to break this habit and smash it to pieces.
I'm under no illusion this will be easy but I've gone 8 month before with no professional help or talking to others with same addiction.
