  • 50 grams Whole Milk: 32 kcal

Your total estimated daily intake is 894 calories.
1. Count Itemised Calories
This breakdown uses standard UK nutritional values and specific product data where available:
  • Waitrose No.1 Pork Sausage (1 standard sausage): 237 calories
  • 75g Potato (boiled or baked plain): 58 calories
  • 50g Carrot (raw or boiled): 20 calories
  • Two Eggs (large, boiled or poached): \(136\text{ calories}\) (\(68\text{ kcal}\) each)
  • 50g Overnight Oats (dry oat weight): 187 calories
  • 50g Milk (semi-skimmed): \(25\text{ calories}\)
  • 50g Greek Yoghurt (authentic 5% fat): 46 calories
  • Caffè Latte (regular medium, semi-skimmed milk): 141 calories
  • 100g Watermelon: 30 calories
  • 10 Cal Jelly (Hartley's pot): \(10\text{ calories}\)
  • Two cups of tea (with a small splash of milk): \(4\text{ calories}\) [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
2. Sum the Total
Add the individual values together to get the grand total:
\(\text{Total}=237+58+20+136+187+25+46+141+30+10+4=894\)

This list of foods and beverages totals roughly 1,179 to 1,343 calories, depending on the exact preparation of your oats, noodles, and coffees. The single largest contributor is the chicken Kiev.
A detailed breakdown of the items is below:
  • Waitrose Essential Chicken Kiev (1 Kiev): ~303 to 346 calories. (Waitrose Kievs typically weigh around 125g each).
  • Watermelon (100g): 30 calories
  • Stamford Frozen Fruit (100g): ~50 to 60 calories (Depending on the berry mix)
  • Overnight Oats (50g dry): ~190 calories
  • Milk (50g): ~25 to 30 calories (Semi-skimmed/whole average)
  • Greek Yoghurt (100g): ~60 to 130 calories (Depends on whether it is 0% fat or full-fat)
  • Ko Lee Noodles (70g packet): ~322 calories. (Note: Some labels list ~76 calories, but that applies only to the diluted prepared product; the dry 70g block is ~322 calories).
  • Two Lattes (with semi-skimmed milk): ~240 calories (roughly 120 calories each)
  • One Cup of Tea (with a splash of milk): ~15 to 30 calories [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Hi Adam

Just keep saying no mate. I totally forgot about my period of playing online poker. Won a lot of tournaments but most times spent it on slots and wasted all that time playing for nothing
