I'd like to join please. Been on and off for a while and on day 1 today I'm trying to mentally stay strong and draw a line under things. Similar story to so many, feel in control and win/lose every day but never much in the scheme of things however, inevitably I have that one bad day where I lose my head and am so disgustingly obsessive that it's just about damage limitation. Off to set exclusions and try again. Thanks to this forum for a source of inspiration. Thanks
