I'm back on Day 1. Saddened, disappointed. But will genuinely try a lot better. I've worked out WHY and will be ready for the next time a similar trigger event might fire.

Day 76 checking in.

Sorry to hear that Mixer but well done for admitting it & getting straight back here. Sounds like you know your triggers & that will serve you well x

Wow how strange.

My name is dave too and I am also 34 years of age, I was born june 3rd 1982.

Surely this has to be a sign that I am the right path.

I am currently on day 1 and I have to say you have done amazing my friend, your day count has inspired me to stay positive buddy.

keep up the good work your doing amazing you really are and I believe in you buddy.

As for Cheltham yeah its hard buddy but even if you won we both know you would then be on that slippery slope and eventually give it all back and feel even worse so keep fighting the good fight my friend

Day 349. Climbing to that year slowly. A tougher week for me also due to Cheltenham but I'm still standing!

Deano/Oldham

I'm back and pleased to say still gamble free...98 days and counting....

Took a break from the forums as i needed time out from everything associated with gambling but to be honest I'm no further forward mentally.... the only reason I'm at 98 days is I can't gamble, the blocks are taking care of that....Anyway I'm back and hope I can re join you folks on this journey....Shutting myself away is not the answer....

Mari x

It's that time again, Friday reminder time. Check in before midnight on Sunday to be added to the update.

Nice to see some new faces checking in and a few returning members.
