Checking in. Reached two years gamble free on 19 April 2017. Delighted I've come this far, but ever mindful it's one day at a time for us all. It doesn't matter where we are in our journey as long as we successfully complete today gamble free, it's a victory. Stay safe everyone x

Checking in still gf, have been recording a lot of our programs this week so we can fast forward through the adverts, the adverts have been bothering me more than usual the past week or so but I have acknowledged they are an issue at times so we're taking steps to avoid them...one I can cope with but 3 or 4 in an add break are a bit much at times.
