I hope sincerely you don't do anything silly. Chris has reached out to you on more than one occasion, tell me what have you got to loose ?, give his advice a go. Can I also tell you suicide doesn't end the pain, it simply dumps it on someone else. Think about it.

In your previous posts you mentioned that you want to get married, have a family etc. Just think if you did end it now, you’d never see the person you wanted to become after opening this forum, you’d never see the ring on your lovely girlfriends finger, you’d never see any of the progress that could be made. Ending it now would take your problems and put them on those around you and the difference is you can help ease the pain with a little help, yet it would be irreversible for your loved ones. Yes you may be at rock bottom, but it can only get better from there. Think about how much you want those successes in life, it may not happen as fast as you hoped but slow and steady wins the race!
