Hang in there Smashed and get through those bad days, not long now untill you push throug 100 days and eventually the good days will outnumber the bad ones .... keep fighting, all the best.

You are doing a wonderful job Mixer and I really appreciate the encouragement and support you offer to your fellow travellers.

It gives me a great boost to see that many of the Guru Challengers are leaving gambling in the past and moving on. Every day we get further away from that last bet puts us in a better position.

For most it is a very difficult road to travel and we must face up to the challenges with courage and determination. However there is an abundance of wisdom and practical advice both in the diaries and on the Guru Challenge.

I would like to welcome Lulubobs to our group and wish you well on your journey... stephen x

This is a sobering journey. This is a humbling journey. Got to have humility. Get angry, cry and have compassion for myself. It's not easy but it's worth it. Having so many participants on this site really helps me to see the full scope of the havoc that this addiction wreaks on our lifes. I also see that stopping can be done. tara2

93 days Gamble free today. Looking forward to hitting the 100 on Easter Sunday. Going to be a tough couple of days next weekend going to need to keep busy as payday on Thursday then 4 days off work. Might do abit of decorating.

Have a good Sunday.
