I was here over Xmas after a major blip in willpower where I had lost all control and gambled my rent among other bills. Although I obviously take all responsibility for my actions I felt really let down by Gamban because that was supposed to be the very helpful wall between me and my phone when in the comfort of my own home after I'd had a drink. I don't usually drink because of things like this but I decided to have a few at Christmas which turned out to be a shocker haha.

Anyway I have made some positive changes as I realised it was the phone I was using that was enabling me to override it. I have since changed devices and sold the other one, made it right with my rent and installed Gamban on the new device. I've tried and I've tried and I've tried to find a backdoor or a way whatsoever to get round Gamban and it's well and truly stuck lol. Good.

Hope everyone is doing well. I've been purposely vague in order to not trigger anyone.

Best wishes.

Calvin.

Hi

By attending the recovery program was to learn what my emotional triggers.

One big yearly fear that reoccured was my fears at Chriistmas.

I use to stress my self out before Chriistmas, during Chriistmas, and even after Chriistmas.

I wrote down all of my fears adn decided to do some thing healthy about them.

Presents I use to give were some times person pleasing, some times given out og gui;t or shame.

One very unhealthy habits is was procrstinating, so getting Christmas bought written in was done by 1st December.

I have a file on my computer and print our enveleopes in one sessions.

I write on my computer Christmas letters so I could give personal infomation about my self and my family.

The first Christmas we sat down so relaxed we felt it was not Christmas because we were so relaxed and content.

Having unhealthy ractions to people life and situations was very unhealthy for me and my family.

The more time and effort I put n tomy recovery the healthier I got.

Love healing and peace to every one.
