Love your quotes Taz, particularly i am currently in the position of losing a very dear friend I have know for over 34 years. We should cherish what we got and people around us, never take it for granted they will always be there... As you said before life is tough, we need to face it no matter what happen. You insight quoted are pretty much how i would dealt with problems around me. Definitely not wasting anymore time on gambling, Life is short and we should make the most of it.

Never forget how far you've come. Everything you have gotten through. All the times you have pushed on even when you thought you couldn't. All the mornings you got out of bed no matter how hard it was . All the times you wanted to give up but you got through another day. Never forget how much strength you have learned and developed along the way. 

Thanx guys it wasent my quote it was one i found most apealing my mindset has changed i view life completely differently then how i was even before gambling would my thought process been like this had i not had this gambling addiction who knows
