Not been on here for a while.
Today is day 1 again after a period of gambling everyday and using what time and cash I have.
Fed up waiting on a horse result or football result to decide if I'm happy and can enjoy my day.
I've had gamstop for years and self exclusion on moses but always find shops not on list. I will update these tomorrow and try stay strong
Hello, u allways find a way, we allways find a way, untill we put personal measures in place so that if we walk past a bookies and walk in there's a limit to what we can lose...... For a couple of years I transferred all my money away to a loved one then when I went to town I didn't take credit debit cards with me just asked that loved one to take out cash then spent that cash in town or brought it back ...... This has meant no frequent visits to cash machines.... When I did unfortunately gamble it was only that cash and no more .......
I have managed now 993 days today without gambling.....
It has taken time and effort and seven years of progress since I started here....... But I eventually got it right .......
