Every since I won over 1000 pound on it can think I'll find a pattern but I never so and when I win I say to myself come on the next one we will put more on and before I know it I'm in debt again with a matter on mins betting what I can't really affordÂ
I keep saying I'm going to stop but can't seem to but come Friday I'm going to try I'd start today but they say it easier when you have no money but my paid day is Friday so that when I'm going to startÂ
I look at myself and I hate the bloke I have become I don't even recognise myself I use to have losing£1 but now money has no vaule I'm gambling over 100+ in one go
I want to stop before it's way to late and provide for my wife and kids and spoiling them instead of blowing my money on vutual footballÂ

You need to put blocks in place before it gets worse. Or unfortunately.. as many people here can tell you.. it will get worse. Ban yourself from ALL online betting wesbites using gamstop. put gamban on your devices to stop the websites. Find new hobbies. Change your mindset. The bookies ARE out to get you. They DO want to take your money. They do NOT want you to win. Stick with this thinking and you should stay away from them.
