I'm back on the gambling, I know its wrong, I no I can't afford it, I no I could lose a lot more than money, people have had enough of hearing it, family have had enough of bailing me out, but can I stop myself? No I can't and its starting to scare me. Today I've lost everything in my bank and probably need to find £300 by the end of the month... Did it stop me? No I carried on and gambled money I was sent to give other people. It's all a mess and I feel I have nowhere to turn anymore and no one I can talk to about this, people think they have supported me in the past but I feel no one has truly took an interest and tried to help me through. I'm ready to give up on everything around me. I feel I have to put on an act a s!ile on the face and keep joking about things and life.

Thank you for reading this and I wish everyone well in there own battles against this awful and underestimated addictions

Thank you david, appreciate those words especially from someone who seems to know how im starting to feel, i stopped for 6 months by myself but there comes a time where you cant do it alone which im sure you have found out, im sorry that you found yourself in that position gambling is definitely not worth a life and if you hadnt lived you may of not been able to reply to me. Please see that your experiences can help others massively. The laughing and joking by people needs to stop and people need to stop and ask why are you gambling? Sometimes thats all i have ever wanted when i have let someone see that I've had a bet.

Your still alive because you are no doubt a good person that just walked the wrong path, but with the right frame of mind you can find the right path again and become the person that was once happy without betting.

Take care and keep trying hard.
