Rained off again today, although have been putting some long days in recently. Keeping busy and pursuing other less expensive interest seems to be the way forward.

Just finished work, off to a football tournament with my team. Brilliantly well done to Wales last night, thought they were superb.

3 months in!
Got to say, it is up to me now. As far as I can tell, I no longer have urges or even thoughts to gamble. To fall back into my old habits now would be a disaster. I must continue to be on my gaurd, but am confident in my own resolve.
To anyone who happens to read through my diary from the beginning as well as the preceeding 10-12 years before I discovered this site. Please believe, it can be done, remember the feelings of despair, the lies and deception and the constant financial battle, and let that be your inspiration.
