Yes that maybe a bit of an exaggeration but I swear it feels like it... Every time is my last as I swear i won't go back to this place of panic fear anger and despair but what does the song say...... Hellllooooo is it me you're looking for?! And I guess it always is I've done an number of times gamble free each time life has progressively got better in every aspect I've been more present I've stressed less I've felt lighter and even sometimes I haven't missed it but it just takes that one doesn't it to drag you straight back in like a nightmare. Into it's despair. And I'm nowhere near the dark places I've been before but I don't want to be back there so I'm asking and decided I need help. Now. Rather than later. So here I am. Day 1
