well....this is the first day l haven't been on a slots website, l have downloaded k9 which is good, lve also self excluded from the websites, heres hoping it gets better, l still feel awful and very down but l know its a long journey, and l will get there....l know l will.

thanx buckaroo, well day 2 and actually felt ok today, had a grt friend over to visit and really took my mind off things, keeping my chin up. xx
well....been feeling very down, and lots of arguments at home about money and all me getting blamed for it, really fed up with it being thrown in my face every time there is an argument, cant do much more than l already am, l know l need to look to the future and hope that l get over this but it just seems a huge struggle for me.
its hard living with the aftermath you cannot change the past all we can do is choose what we do now...I wish you well.
