My name is Paul, I won't bore you with the details as you have all heard it before.
I had a successful time away from gambling, stopped posting on here, fell off the wagon, big losses and now I am back. I need to focus this time, keep posting and no matter how bored I get, MUST NOT GAMBLE. Tomorrow will be day one of the rest of my life. So true that saying, I CANNOT WIN BECAUSE I CANNOT STOP.

MUST, MUST learn from my past mistakes, NEVER, NEVER go in to the bookies for a 'free cup of tea', we all know it's NOT FREE. Need to focus and stop playing these horrible things which I call my friends the FOBT's.
I remember a time when I wasn't gambling for months and months, what a happy time that was, I want those days back.

What lovely times there were when I wasn't gambling, actually going to town centres and enjoying looking at shops instead of running out of the bookies, to the cash point, back to bookies, to the cash point, running to a different bookies etc, etc.

I am as strong as ever about giving up gambling. Funny thing happend this time, when I have a big loss I play until I have no funds but this time I still had some money in my pocket and thought, 'nah, this game is not for me'.
Maybe I had a wake-up call?
