I'm really interested in that opening comment and it's made me see things in a clearer way in some respects. I'd always thought of relapse as a sudden "event", but like you say it's really not. It feels like a gradual momentum, like the winding up of an old fashioned watch until the spring mechanism suddenly snaps and all goes haywire. It was a very insightful reply, Thankyou.
