It's not unusual...I had a horrible day round about day 90! The addiction does not want to let you go but you are stronger now & the urges (which are only that) will pass! Giving in to it now will only drag you further into debt! You must draw a line under your losses because if you don't, chasing becomes a good idea & that's what destroyed most of us!

Keep fighting - ODAAT

Well done mate. Keep it up.

With the football season coming to a end that should help things too. Have you been still watching football? I have found I enjoy sports more when I'm not gambling, my nerves aren't wrecked.

Today is 84 days into my recovery..... have found the last few days to be really hard with constant thoughts of gambling and dreaming at night of winning my lost money back. The other night i even looked the odds on a betting site for the first time since i quit and was thinking just one big win to clear my debts. Glad to report i resisted and am still gamble free , just by reading peoples posts on here and posting in my diary has played a big part in that.

Welcome to Club 100 chartom3 🙂

It's hard @ the moment because this is a huge milestone...The addiction can feel you slipping away & as we know it hates to lose! Keep doing what you are doing, it's working!

Keep winning - ODAAT

Well done mate Welcome to the 100 club. Remember speaking to you in your early days and so glad you have made it this far. Speaking from experience i found the first 10 days after the hundred the hardest. I became a bit down and really struggled but managed to fight through it and i am now in a really good place and have stopped counting days and setting targets. Hope you continue to win mate and always remember how bad it would be to log in and see that count at zero days.enjoy your freedom
