Reading this thread, you are well upto going 100+ days without a bet. 2 days in 350+ days is superb.
Maybe you will NEVER 100% quit but you seem in a much better place given your gambling TWO days a year. Stop day checking? Dont feel disappointed, tomw, is a fresh day and you clearly can go days without a bet!
