I have kept up with my lifestyle changes, my brain feels fully re wired now.
Finally feels like I have conqured my biggest demon.
Side note it is 1 year today since I have had a fizzy pop, my other addiction.
Life is good, it gets better once you get past that first month 🙂

Just had a lovely holiday in spain, my redundancy is coming to an end but start a new job on the 24th.
Bought myself a new wardrobe a new phone and bed this month. Do not feel guilty as I would of comfortably gambled more than I spent historically.
My puppy has turned 7 month a week back shes been a constant for me and provided good structure to my life.
I will be debt free on the 23rd of this month for the first time in over a decade. I am soo proud of this.
Everything is better without gambling.

I will try get into one of the chat rooms Stu, I have done soo much lifestyle change that I don't need much to any support now. I actually finished my last gambling counselling session this morning. It was like going through a break up haha.
