Sports betting is my problem horses and soccer
Mostly,
Have added up my losses now for last 6 months , and its about 2 grand.
This stops now i did not realise they extent of my losses until now.
This is a lot of money to me and my family.
I have hurt my wife by lying to her and deceiving her, and if i am honest gambling has negatively effected my relationship with my wife and children and has also resulted in me losing interest in other my own sporting activity.
I have self excluded from all my online accounts as a first step,
I am new to forums so i suppose i will post when i feel i need too
Well welcome and yeah sounds like your making some positive steps so far. Gambling only fills us with false hope and sends us forever on that downward crash to reality. Don't live a dream that keeps pulling the rug out from under ya. Welcome aboard
