I am a problem gambler.
I am so broken right now, recently relapsed about 2 days ago. Money wasn't a big amount, because I never had alot in the first place, but nevertheless this has left me a broken shell of a man.
My family helped me out 3 months ago to get out of debt and now I'm already half way back to where it was.
I'm getting pretty desperate now.
The boredom, loneliness, and just general feeling like a scumbag is slowly killing me.
I'm pretty lost for words and don't know what to do.
No idea what I'm even looking for, just want to be me again.

So sad to hear how desperate you feel . I too got myself into a right n
mess about 15 years ago and ended up in rehab for 30 days was truly broken . My brother took control of my life , paid off my loans , credit cards and gave me money to get back on my feet. I paid him back about 3 years later , but sadly relapsed after 5 years clean . Then once again fell into that black hole , before I hit rock bottom again I had to tell my brother , that was very tough but knew that I couldn’t do this on my own , and I can not tell you how ashamed I felt at let him down again .
that was more than 5 years ago and I have gambled on anything in that time . All I want to say is people where will help you , you can turn it around but will need to put the same effort into recovery as you did the addiction. I had therapy and went to ga for a couple of years . Think it helps knowing that you are not alone, ga dies that . It is up to you , I am not going to have bet tomorrow really hope you decide to do the same .
