Can they refuse to payout?

Gambled £100 on a football bet on the machine in a bookies im self excluded from. Well the bet was on a player who dident play so that is money back.

 

if i go in there and give them the bet slio can they refuse to payout as most of them who work there know im self excluded.

Does it matter or not, you’ll just lose it.

As this is a site for helping others to stop gambling maybe take this as a wake up call that that money is gone.

From what I've gathered, bookies tend to stick to their rules pretty strictly in these situations. It's possible they might refuse to payout, especially if they're aware of your self-exclusion status.
