As the title of this message states, I just can't seem to stop. I'm 29 years old and have been gambling since I was 21. Online slot machines mainly. I have list a fortune.
I have a really good job but fritter all my money away online.
My partner knows I have a problem but thinks I haven't gambled in a few months. I'm up to my eyeballs in debt.
Guess I'm just at my wits end.... I want to stop but haven't got the motivation.

You've done the right thing by coming on here and I hope you continue to post even if you have bad days.
My advice for what it's worth is to set targets (a day, a week etc) and post for others to see and help you with. It's going to be a long journey because gambling is a tough addiction to get rid of, but you can do it.
