Creating habits that stick

How dangerous is it? If you look at the situation. Somewhere in your past, you got into gambling and is anchored into your subconscious. It may have been a win. It may have been repeating actions enough times for it to get stuck but what does it do? Well, we have a conscious and subconscious brain working together.  We are habitual animals. We learn how to walk and talk like we should at a very low age from our parents. Yes, we could relearn these to examples if we had an accident but try and change things in your subconscious brain it will most likely fight you before it allows that change to happen. Habits are very hard to change once they are cemented in the subconscious. That is why most people say don't start with bad habits because you may end up being stuck with them for a really long time.
