Morning diary,
10 days gamble free so I'm into double figures.
Absolutely no urges but as I said before I went too far and the only way now is up.
Looking forward to the next milestone whatever that may be.

Hi MBA,

11 days today, well done, slowly but surely you will get your life back, by abstaining and maintaining one day at a time, and that is soooo positive for you.

Thank you Suzanne.

I am feeling very positive. It may only be debts but i can actually manage what the debits are and i know what I have left to spend knowing I won't be gambling.

Saturday night and just watched x factor.
Used to bet on x factor alot as it's usually quite predictable.
Jack Walton to go yeah that was obvious.
Had my first gambling feeling since i quit. That feeling of if I had a bet id have won.
There's always gonna be that part of me that predicts outcomes and is right which tries to depress but I'll keep on fighting it, I have to.

Hi Mba

Glad you seem to be doing really well, sadly I have fallen back into old habits, really hate myself for it but doesn't feel like I can control it mate, anyway was just looking in and thought I would say well done to you

Hi mba,

Thanks for your posts on my diary. Your last post was on a new diary I started a few months ago but I decided to go back to my old one. Important to remember where we started on our journeys I think!

Hope you've had an enjoyable gamble-free day.

Hi scott,

We started here at the same time and I relapsed before you did.
I felt so bad and then kept away from this site. I looked at your diary whilst I was betting again and saw you hadn't posted for a while so suspected the worst.
Try again mate. I admit I'd never have been back if I thought there was another way out but there isn't.
Hope to see you back on here mate soon
Mba

Paull,

Fair enough mate.

I have an older diary but its full of relapses. This diary will be 100% gamble free as I am never going back to betting however great the urge.
I may win short term but will always lose long term as we always bet till we have nothing left and I finally accept this. I will also be gamble free for my family.

Mba
