Hey Tallone. Just been reading through your posts, I am also a young sufferer at 23 and have been gambling for 3 and a half years. Currently in a debt management plan, and like yourself have borrowed money. I surprise myself how I lie and hide the fact I have a serious problem. I'm so ashamed, but every day I try and see the positives in life and think there's more to life then money. I've had many relapses, one being this morning! But you've got to remember your getting help and your improving every day. I know I'll get there eventually and I have every faith you will too. Don't let it take over your life. I wish you all the best. Angie x

Hi

I've just had a read through of your diary. I'm 27 and I wish I had stopped at your age. As I got older the stakes got bigger. Most people will have a few relapses. The main thing is never give up at giving up. Stay strong and keep posting.

hey tall one just reading your diary, and it really stood out to me.

you sound exactly like me 5 years ago. i can't begin to stress how important it is to get on top of this now.

Gambling will literally take over and ruin your life, career, friends and family.

As many people will say " i wish i had stopped when i was your age" i also feel the same. however it is easier said than done and there is a reason why we didn't ..... ADDICTION.

However the point we try to stress is that in the 4-5 years of ezra gambling that we have.... our lives have been ruined, increasing debts, breakdown of relationships, lost houses, no money, constant lies, the list goes on....

i really hope you beat it this time, keep in touch it would be good to hear from you
