Well here I am again after a very long break and back go gambling. I can't continue down this road any more. I'm gonna loose everything. So to a new beginning a new start a new life.

Well I failed miserable and spent more money then I have ever spent last night. If my other half finds out we will be over for good. I don't have the strength to let anyone know what I have done. I feel disgusted with my self.
Day 1 again of a new life. I can't do this any more, I need to stop for my family. A new life begins now. I will get that money back and I will work on my relationship. No more gambling. No more drinking.
Change is hard but today is the beginning of my new life.

No matter how many times this ugly habit tries to trip us down, we have to stand back up again. There is no life if we are not trying. I have been in recovery for over a year, yes I did fall and thought this is the end of the journey. Don't let the negativity and dark thoughts to take over. Never give up giving up. Not sure how long you went without a bet before, but pretty sure you know how great it feels when every single passing day without gambling in it brings more peace and happiness.
You are no different, you are human being and like all of us on here - you can do it! Life is for living, choose the bright side of it, get hold of the feeling which helps you to carry on.
It is never too late to stand up and fight for your freedom. Learn from the mistakes and look ahead. Nobody is perfect but as long as we try, we have that chance to make our lives better place to be.
