As somebody who is on day 3 right now, I hope I can come back months later and be in your situation. Have the urges lessened for you and how to do you cope when you do get them?

Hi, thanks for the support. You'll get there as long as you have the determination and support as well as the blocks in place. I have gamban on all devices along with k9 web protection.
Yes, as time has gone on the urges have lessened. If I get an urge I just try and occupy myself by watching a TV programme or something like that. You just need to say to yourself that you'll never gamble again as gambling will only result in negative circumstances.
