Hi I am new to this forum.
When I was 16 my brother was killed in a car accident. With this incident came Great Depression.when I was 18 gambling became my release it used to take my pain away by taking my mind away from reality. However it spiralled out of control and I became addicted to the roulette. I managed to kick the habit last year however I relapsed today and I absolutely gutted. Ive beer had the right help and I don’t know where to start . My girlfriend hates gambling and I have told her but she is so upset with me . I can do sports bets no proem and be satisfied but I am sucked into roulette machines or online. I have all ready excluded myself from loca shops . But the urge for me seems to be coming back and I feel scared

​Sorry to hear about your brother. I know how it feels regarding the gambling as I gambled from the age of 18. I never played the roulette, for me it was just sports betting. You just have to be honest and tell the truth, you've done the right thing coming on the forum as we're all here to support eachother.
​If you call the national gambling helpline they can self exclude you from any shops nearby, that's what I did. Also install k9 web protection on your devices such as laptops. I paid for Gamban on my mobile phone though which is around £10 for a year which is good as it blocks any gambling website.
​You just have to take it one day at a time and say to yourself that you're not going to do it again as it's a bad habit and you'll eventually lose all money that you have.

Cheers Wilsy, appreciate it. Had a lot of snow on Thursday so I've been occupied going sledging and building a snowman haha. We had 55cm most in the UK they said on BBC and the drifts were 3-4ft high. I've got a couple of Cardiff City matches this week on Tuesday and Saturday so they should keep me busy for a couple of evenings.
