My email account is always full of offers from the many casinos I have joined over the years. Last night I took every single one and emailed them to ban me permanently. Today I can't gamble and that has fixed the urge. Why did I not do this years ago

Oh my God I am a pathetic mess..That was not so easy. I had to give some casinos a reason and one even sent me free money which somehow tempted me into spending half my monthly salary so here I am worse off than ever . Really frantic with worry . I am not only a loser in gambling but a loser in life!

I'm on my way. Have had a brain shift. Just got to remember my preferences. Yes I would like to gamble but going on holiday is a higher preference. Day2 .. Here comes my life back!!

If you have someone who can put in a random password for you so you don't know it that's a great way to block. It really blocks all gambling sites my ex ever come across
