So had a lovely Christmas meal with running ladies.

Salmon truffle

Turkey and trimmings. Loads of veggies

Cheesecake

Coffee and mince pie

Glass of vino.. I was walking. Local venue..

I had given to me a lovely bouquet of flowers and Thornton chocolates with a card and message saying I was their safe house where they could always come to without judgement.. My heart is swelling and my eyes have tears as big as peas..

Everyone looked glam.

I'm overwhelmed.

As I am still in high spirits I will be bringing mince pies and sherry into chat tonight

Boo xx  ti's the season to be jolly.

G'nite Godbless Boo.

Reality is the best. I feel super pleased with my clean house. I hope you feel the same when you get yours done.

Maybe we could start a book club? Wouldn't that be cool? Like we all read the book and then pick a chat to talk about it. Subject to new people needing help and stuff.

Anyways, as I said. G'nite Pickle.

Drama. x

Just done my 48th park run.. 34.50 minutes. Not a pb. Told you I wasn't fast. But park run isn't a race. Its an incentive to get people out and about and moving...just like the incentives here.. To get people together and happy ?

I'm feeling holier than though now park run is done.. It just has that affect on me..

Bye for now.. Boo x

Well done Boo. I imagine the Park Run is a lot of fun as well as being a social occasion and a good form of exercise.

Pleased to read of the wonderful - Running Club Ladies Christmas Luncheon - which you recently attended. You are obviously a well loved and respected lady to have been presented with the flowers and chocolates.

Wishing you a super duper weekend of fun filled adventures.

It is exactly the first paragraph Stephen. Sadly people see Lycra and running shoes and think competition. So they don't come.. Its simy using a treadmill outdoors.. Own pace own time.. Your own goal x

I think I would find it a bit scary watching you in the Park Run with lots of people cheering you on.

I can picture myself standing there whilst everyone around me shouts BOO.
