Strange.. Like you caught me mid thought there.. Thanks for dropping in. 

Yes had a good think and I know where and where I can't help.. But have Mr b R  in tow also with family.. 

I was saying to chat my sister/bro in law don't know about my addiction. And I don't want them too either.

My thinking is.. 

Is it fair that bro in law by nature of illness has been forced to tell with his physical symptoms with alcohol.

Am I not being totally honest not telling them.. But then just as I have had to find a lot of my own way so will they. And there will be those friends and family  members they choose not to tell so its a bit of a six and two threes so thats sorted too in my head now.. Just a case of overthinking..

Boo, there is a huge difference between choosing not to tell someone something and being dishonest. There will be many things in our lives that we choose not to share with those close to us.  I am glad you have made peace with yourself about this. Still sending the hug though ?

Slept okish. 

Had a dream I was out with friend.. And without thinking I put small amount of money in fruit machine.. A bit of a time later I realised I had gambled then almost fell into pieces because it wiped out my positioning in gamble free days and I realised I had to tell everyone on gamcare.. The dream sort of ended there.. 

I'm thinking if 2 possible triggers to this.. The traffic jam incident yesterday and on chat Last night casino slots was mentioned a few times.. As it should be because it is the place we come to offload our woes.. But who knows maybe just the fact that it's still early days recovery.

Ooo matchstick eyes today. 

Just today to work then 2 days off. 

Not so Blowy out.. 

Slept quite heavily till 4ish then light. Could sink back very easily.. 

Still needs must as they say and my team today at work are a nice set so we can work through it. 

Hopefully too bro in law may be home today..

Busy day at work. Flew by.

Well after 2 early morning starts. Guess what. Awake early. Just got round to this part of the day.. I'm  in bed. Snug... Made a brew.the sky is beautiful. Flurries of snow.
