I hope you smashed it at the quiz tonight Boo! 

The year of the nurse park runs are going to be on May 2nd and then there’s also lots it other running events through the year. I will post more details about locations when I have them.

We came 3rd out of 7 teams I believe.. No shame.

Morning Boo, 

Third is pretty awesome ?. I hope you have a lovely day today little gem ?

Goodmorning midweek. 

Brighter out.. Feel achey after circuit. Bit stiff so meeting friends for a park walk/coffee to stretch out.

Mood wise feel OK.. Don't want to gamble but in honesty would like a large injection of cash to land in bank account.. A twang of impatience about wanting to get finished last few jobs in the house but that will pass. And to be honest would rather cope with dusting off that  feeling than the remorse of having gambled. Another thing about recovery is the longer without gambling the more equipped to measure  the feelings of remorse against contentment. I say I gleam the positives from recovery.. I'm taking more notice of my little Palace whereas before it was just a place I ate and slept in.. Its all coming together.. 

So I'm going to shake off these itchy feelings about the house by using some energy on a bit of cleaning to begin slowly working through to the mid morning meet. 

A quiet night in then to catch up on some TV. And reading... 

Will be Thursday before I know it 

So I plan 1pm chat if I can..

Thank you russ. Little by little we keep chipping away and I am now like yourself seeing the enormity in the efforts.. But like you remind us far from the last gamble but alert enough to be aware that the next could be all too close.

I hope you have had a lovely day Boo. I managed to pick up an oatcake and a coffee on my train change at Derby this evening. It did make me chuckle when you said British rail coffee this morning ?

Thank you.. I feel better now.. To be truthful being an addict I know how we fib and tell tall stories. So just hope bro in law sticks to right path health wise.. He will.. I think positive now

As for sister.. She's overwhelmed by my help. Bear in mind we have been re united late in life. She was an only child. I have another sister so baby sister hasn't been used to this sister stuff really. 

It's all in life as I say... But thank you so much murlo...
