Very short topic today but I felt I wanted to get something down on paper, well in today's age digitally, as a reminder to myself
Addiction never takes a day off so why should recovery. Im a believer that what you put into recovery you get back out ten fold. For me I need to work on my recovery every day. Whether that day looks like a meeting, chatroom, zoom, reading topics and replying or all of them .Â
What does everyone else think?
I very rarely take a day off gamcare.......well infact i never take a day off gamcare ...... for the simple fact that its a frssh reminder each day of my objectives and the harms gambling causes
You turn up and take part every day mate and that's amazingÂ
@adam123 totally agree Adam I come on here every day even on the days I don't think I need it - to me they are the most important days in ensuring my foundations are strong, Stuart did a great post on foundations and It really resonated with me!
There will be a good topic today. I had writers block at the weekend but since then have written down 50 topics so going to pick one and a film title this morning and post. It's always great when people reply so I can read their point of view
