End of day 2.... Can't even believe I have managed 2 days especially tonight when I was bored and would usually start gambling. I just tried to distract myself. Here's to day 3 being a smooth one
Well done on getting your first 2 days out of the way. For me the first 3 or 4 days were the hardest and then I found myself thinking about gambling less and less. Keep going!
I've been going through similar struggles recently. I'm back in day1 today but feeling positive and just need to take a day at a time.
