Good man..... It's not about the fluctuation each week it's about the long term goal of health I feel.

But if we weigh every two weeks to see how we are getting on?

Are you still dieting? And exercising?

I'm doing a mixture of very well on exercising front and very bad on dieting front.

I just love my food unfortunately.

I'm going to stick at it tho.

All the best adam

weighed myself this morning and 89.65kgs.....0.1kgs lighter....small step in right direction however it was at a earlier time in day which doesnt allow for me eating dinner before and hence weighing more...but it is better than weighing more.  Done 5k steps each weekend day and done some exercise videos over the weekend.

So here i am a month later......  Mental episode was tough......signed off work three weeks.....then been back at work two weeks on phased return......back to full hours on monday.....hopefully itll go well.

Just made a massive decision towards my health goals.....my mum said to look up local gym prices as she wants to play sports with me once a week.....we looked and i can get concession rate.......so 15% off.....its pretty pricey and as u know im pretty tight when it comes to treating myself...... but its 48 pounds a month and my mum usually pays 4 pounds a week to play table tennis so she said if i play with her once a week then she will transfer me 18 pounds a month..... so i jumped at that.....so im paying 30 a month for it and will be able to use the gym facilities...... theres all kinds of sports and classes along with the health suite and gym..

So i signed up today.....and went to the gym...then came back and had a steak.....then went for another walk around town.......so today ive walked 8.4 miles, 147 minutes, 18500 steps, 1021 kcals pretty pleased with that cal deficit over 1k is great allthough  i dread to think what a steak and chips is? lol

So ill weigh myself one morning a week.....to see how im getting on..... and report back...
