From here to a year

Day 66

Not much planned today which is not ideal with it being Saturday and lots of football. Will come up with something later to keep myself busy, no real temptations just yet

Day 67

Off to nans soon for Sunday Roast then to watch Arsenal match, not that I am confident at all

Day 69

Busy few days. No temptations lately which has been great.

69 days (now 70!) is fantastic and it's always good to keep busy. Just be aware to make all the right choices for yourself when you find that you are not as busy as usual. Life is here for us all to enjoy in the right way.

Day 70 , 10 weeks 🙂

Definatelty a lot easier when you keep yourself busy. When I was gambling I was choosing to exclude myself from others and gamble but now I keep myself busy doing whatever I can.

I have been going gym a lot more and last month bought myself and the girlfriend monthly cinema pass so we can now go see a film whenever we fancy it which has also helped me stay clear.

None of us want gambling to rule us and take over our lives but I know to well how easy it is to let that happen. The first few weeks were diffucult but it does slowly get easier and you get used to life witniut gambling.

I do know that it only takes one minute however to give in which I have done in the past but want to really try and complete a whole year without it.

Day 72

Good few days, work wasnt so bad and kept busy with gym on Wednesday and Cinema yesterday.

At least its Friday, the weeks keep coming and going so quick.

Day 75

Very busy weekend, didnt have much time to even follow the football which always makes it easier.

Champions League back tomorrow sure there will be a few thoughts and temptations but wont give in.

Day 76

Watched a film instead of the champions league. No temptations tonight as I thought there might be.

Day 80

Thanks, didnt do much for Valentines day during the week but have booked a hotel down by the o2 tonight.

Will leave around midday do some shopping down London before checking in then dinner, bowling and drinks tonight to keep busy.

Day 82

Very busy weekend so hardly anytime to even think about giving in. Lots of football coming up from now till the end of the season however so will be tested at some point im sure.

Day 83

Was tempted last night watching the Chelsea Man Utd match and most likely would have gave in if I had online access. Blocking online has been the best thing for me its just too easy to gamble otherwise.

Day 84

No temptations last night watching the Liverpool game. Focusing on reaching 100 days its not far away now

Day 86

Good few days with little thoughts of gambling. Out tonight for friends Birthday and a busy weekend to come.
