Aaaah wise and relivent words Stephen, thank you. I haven't had a chance to check in this week as wotk has been do hectic but I have realised I need a better work/life balance so will focus on this shortly. After making a conscious decision to stop gambling we are all pointing in the right direction so all we have to do is keep going forward.

Thank you Lil for visiting my diary. They say every cloud has a silver lining and the silver lining for me is meeting good friends like yourself.

Many times we are advised to let go of the past and start a new life free from gambling. Well I believe now is the perfect time to do just that.

I sincerely hope we can all find peace, happiness and contentment in 2019. I send love and best wishes to all my fellow travellers, their families & friends and of course the admin crowd who give us all good advice, support and encouragement...stephen x
