Diary,

Another day added to my vices and all is good here. Had a wonderful day yesterday only with few floating urges, but that was cause I found myself at services staring at slot machines while texting lol...lonely place that is..felt sad for few souls playing them but who knows, maybe they have stop button and was just having fun.

Anyway, on a way bk from my trip I nearly commited a crime :-0 why does rabbits runs in front of the lights? Good job my breaks worked and poor creature had second thoughts about life and moved to the side,....not for long tho....I'm sure a car behind me did the dirty deed 🙁

So today is a good day so far. Had short but defo deep sleep dribbling on my pillow lol (sheets changed just for the record lol), went to cover my 8miles and will b setting off to visit sis cause heard barbie is planned today...never say no to food lol

That's me..sun Is in the sky and that says it all for this soul 🙂 HD

I could upgrade now with my phone company, but I have seen the same phone with a different phone company same package but 10 a month cheaper, so I am waiting until my contract ends in May Ohh HD every little helps lol.

Dear diary,

Day 111. Not much going on but at the same time hell is boiling under my feet. Not gambling wise but other issues I'm facing - myself lol.
So, Friday. Tonight i am gonna face one of my fears and go to one of the meetings...no, not exorcism but one of those where you meet like minded folk. Watching one movie few nights ago really spurred me on to do something about my situ....just not sure how to calm myself down..not sure they would appreciate me turning up smashed with an excuse of bein nervous person lol.
So..keep getting invites for a date with mr G. Me being degraded gambler of course trying to open those emails only to get smashed to the wall and made to think twice (thanx for blocks)...temptation is there, it's similar to drug user bein shown a hit in front of their face and trying to refuse even if body shouts otherwise.

Ohhh...confession to do. I did buy a lottery ticket yesterday. Don't see it as lapse (thank f**k cause i would be in different mindset typing today), but i know this is not recommended either. On the lines of teasing lion on his wisks..
Got time on my hands but also see it as time to start healing. Got a lot to think about and my way forward.

So that's me. Sis feeling sorry for me so taking her lil sis out this afternoon. See what we can make out of it all...somehow doubt honest conversation will be on the agenda..even if that's the only thing i would love from her...been a while since she shut that door in my face for admitting having this disease (ouch!!!!)...but i know she cares and this time it's on the different lines.

So that's me. Jolly as always 🙂

Hi diary,

Another day safely navigated. Raining over here and just maybe that's all i needed to have a push to join the gym...missed my relaxation in the pool and sauna after the tough sessions. Of course will try to find a balance to not overdo it and take it easier on myself this time round.

So good day yesterday. Caught up with sister and her problems lol (kidding.. it was a little all about me...yawnnn)..went to my meeting and it felt great.
To top my day off i heard from our soulie last night!!o*g o*g i sooo missed that character and soo happy and relieved to hear she is ok and still fighting the good fight..progress not perfection for sure...but hell, cold ones flowing, bird next door still chirping in her ear and that bbq is just about to be used again. HD for this soldier! Bless her heart
