inam gutted to be back on here but the truth is I should have come sooner because I managed to stop gambling for 120 days on my last attempt and it was on here that I started to believe I could stop and got the advice and support I needed. I have been back gambling again now for around 120 days but nothing like I did before but I can see that from starting gambling again with little 5 quid bets I have started to lose more like 50 quids and I would say that I have lost 2000 this year without even noticing until now. I had a daughter this year and she is my first born and means the world to me. I broke a promise to myself, my partner and daughter when I started gambling again but I cannot let her be a part of what I used to be through gambling. It hasn’t started to affect my daughter but it 100% will if I don’t stop today! I have started upping the bets in the last month with holidays coming up and stag dos and other things I need a boost in money for. What has really upset me and made the pin drop today is that looking back on posts last year this is exactly the same thing I was saying then for the summer. I just want to stop and enjoy fully my time on this planet because right now I am back to worrying again and fake smiling while I’m dying inside from the previous nights losses. Day 1 again and this time I’m going to 365
