Oh sorry to hear your not feeling well. I think its time to get those box sets out. Have you ever watched "Touch" it was on sky one first series has just finished, or a bit of denny to warm the cockles of your heart.

Hope your feeling better soon, rest up, eat lots of chocolate i think its good for flu type things and its also mandatory that your weighted on hand and foot.

Hi Shiny, sorry late posting today, got the little one. Hope you're feeling better, bugs doing the round at the mo.' think Flagg had it a few weeks back, might've downloaded his virus by accident.

Fishing was a disaster, yet again. I think I'll do something else now. I thought that when I was fishing but when I got home I wanted to go again. 'The more you hit a dog the more it loves you.'

On the plus side, I never got bitten once. The 80 year old man next to me got bitten to buggery. His paper like skin was red raw, looked like he'd spent the night in the cells. Next week I'm going to borrow a few service users from the local sheltered housing and position them around the pond. They're like human fly paper, problem solved, hallelujah!

Just got back now from the salon with Maisie, treated her by getting her nails done. She loves them. Better go now, tea is on and I burnt my omelette the other day, time goes nowhere!

To put myself first and not go in .(cause I know believe it or not work will function and not collapse because I am not there )

Must take something pretty rubbish to lay a lady like you low. So, I hope it buggers off sharpish. Couldn't agree with your post more this morning the site is buzzing at the moment, Lots of positive energy and very welcoming for new members. I will say this though there are members on here who are charging forward in recovery me included and it feels amazing. However, the strength, determination, and drive comes a lot from some of the inspirational members on this site who were here before us. In terms of inspiration you would be very much the pinnacle of any list.

Fight off whatever is beating you up I know if anyone can you can!
